When will the course be available?

I am a transfer student. Do I need to complete AlphaPoint?

The University has determined the admission criteria for all entering students, including those with hours completed elsewhere. Please check your CrimsonMail account for the AlphaPoint instructions email. If you received the AlphaPoint instructions email, you are among those who will be required to complete the online program.

What will happen if I do not complete AlphaPoint?

A letter will be sent to the Office of Student Conduct for follow-up.

Can you tell me where on campus I can use a computer to complete AlphaPoint?

Some colleges and departments have computer labs for students to use. Visit for computer lab listings.

I am having technical problems, what should I do?

Should you experience any difficulties or require support, the AlphaPoint Technical Support Center is available Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Email or call/text 844-542-5742. Afterhours and weekend technical support is available upon request.
